On September 24-25, 2020, the Production Team Management Training, i.e. how the leader motivates and engages his team, was held in Gdańsk, organized by the LeanQ Team, where two of our employees actively participated: Damian Bruździak (Coordinator) and Kajetan Kucharczyk (Team Leader). It was possible thanks to our internal employee development program Progress for You – Building our future.
The main goal of the training was to improve the skills of production team leaders, so that they can effectively motivate and engage employees, react to current problems and create a friendly work environment.
During a two-day training combined with practical workshops, our colleagues deepened their knowledge in the following fields:
- The role and tasks of the Production Leader,
- Management of production staff,
- Setting goals and delegating tasks,
- Methods of responding to various attitudes of employees,
- Motivation in managing the production team.
In the workshop part, group tasks, joint practice and multimedia presentations awaited them.
The personal certificates received by our employees confirm active participation in the training and gaining new qualifications.
Damian, Kajetan – we believe that you will effectively use the knowledge gained during the training in your daily tasks and in working with the entire Progress Consulting for Industry team.
We focus on the development of our employees
The LeanQ Team leadership training in Gdańsk was part of the Progress for You program launched by Progress Consulting for Industry – Building our future.
The purpose of the inaugurated project is, above all, the development, training and improvement of qualifications of all our employees – regardless of their position in the company structure.
As part of Progress for You, members of our staff successively take part in a variety of certified training courses and acquire new skills and qualifications, e.g. on language courses, C + driving license courses, courses on the operation of lorry trucks, slow-moving vehicles, overhead cranes, cranes and mobile hoists.
In turn, the administrative staff raises their qualifications, among others in the field of computer operation and the package of Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
The total costs of the Progress for You employee development program – building our future are covered by Progress.
We are very happy to support our employees in continuous development! We believe that the actions we have taken will bring fruitful results.
