Strzelanina Progress – szkolenie

W dniu 23.06.2022r. spotkaliśmy się na strzelnicy w Bronówku.

Wizyta była częścią jednego z głównych programów dla naszych pracowników „Progress For You – budujemy naszą przyszłość”

Nad naszym bezpieczeństwem czuwał doświadczony instruktor, który w pierwszej kolejności przeprowadził krótkie szkolenie z zasad BHP.

Podzieleni na drużyny ruszyliśmy na wyznaczone stanowiska i czekała na nas mała rywalizacja z celności.

Bawiliśmy się wystarzałowo a głównym założeniem była nauka zarządzania własnymi emocjami oraz oswojeniem stresu, na który stale w życiu jesteśmy narażeni.

On June 23, 2022 we met at the shooting range in Bronówek.

The visit was part of one of the main programs for our employees “Progress For You – we are building our future”

Our safety was supervised by an experienced instructor, who first conducted a short training on health and safety rules.

Divided into teams, we went to the designated positions where we started a small accuracy competition.

We had a lot of fun and the main idea was to learn how to manage our own emotions and tame the stress we are constantly exposed to in life.

Am 23. Juni 2022 trafen wir uns am Schießstand in Bronówek.

Der Besuch war Teil eines der Hauptprogramme für unsere Mitarbeiter „Progress für Sie – wir bauen unsere Zukunft“.

Für unsere Sicherheit sorgte ein erfahrener Ausbilder, der zunächst eine kurze Schulung zu Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsregeln durchführte.

In Teams aufgeteilt, gingen wir zu den vorgesehenen Positionen und dann erwartete uns ein kleiner Genauigkeitswettbewerb.

Wir hatten viel Spaß und die Hauptidee bestand darin, zu lernen, wie wir mit unseren eigenen Emotionen umgehen und den Stress, dem wir im Leben ständig ausgesetzt sind, in den Griff bekommen.
