Automotive Helps – Joint effort of Toyota and Progress

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland and Progress Consulting For Industry decided to jointly engage in helping those most in need during the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, together the companies are involved in the production of protective helmets, transport of materials necessary for hospitals and social groups supporting health care, currently production capacity of the helmets is at the level of about 600 items a day and is growing every day, now it is mainly intended to help the local health service. The role of PCFI in the project is limited to supporting Toyota in the technical field, using the equipment and materials provided by TMMP, PCFI supported the project in terms of machine settings and competences related to their quick conversion to a new type of production. Progress also provides the transport of materials and spare parts for machines necessary during the period of their increased use. WE HELP

Toyota Motor Manufacturing Poland und Progress Consulting For Industry haben beschlossen, für die gemeinsame Hilfe für die Bedürftigsten während der SARS-CoV-2-Viruspandemie sich einzusetzen. Die Unternehmen sind an der gemeinsamen Produktion von Schutzhelmen und dem Transport von Materialien beteiligt, die für Krankenhäuser und soziale Gruppen, die des Gesundheitswesens unterstützen, benötigt werden. Die Produktionskapazität des Helms liegt derzeit bei etwa 600 Stück pro Tag und wächst jeden Tag. In diesem Moment soll damit vor allem das örtliche Gesundheitswesen unterstützt werden. Die Rolle von PCFI in dem Projekt beschränkt sich darauf, Toyota im technischen Bereich unter Verwendung bereitgestellten Ausrüstung und Materialien zu unterstützen. PCFI unterstützte das Projekt im Bereich Maschineneinstellungen und -kompetenzen in Bezug auf deren schnelle Umstellung auf eine neue Produktionsart. Progress bietet auch den Transport von Materialien und Ersatzteilen für Maschinen an, die während der Zeit ihrer erhöhten Nutzung erforderlich sind. WIR HELFEN.
